The number of users that can access the ebook at a given time (shown in parenthesis to the right) is determined by the publisher and varies from one-user at a time to unlimited users. The library always tries to purchase the highest number of user licenses available, but one-user licenses are oftentimes the only option. The library can purchase multiple one-user license if there is a need for it.
