I’m Mia Licano, a 34-year-old entrepreneur, designer, and community leader who believes in using creativity to make a lasting impact. My journey has been a blend of graphic design, branding, marketing, photography, and interior design. Through *Memories In Action*, I’ve had the chance to bring ideas to life for businesses and clients, where I create visual stories and experiences.
I love what I do because it allows me to merge my sharp eye for design with my strong business instincts, always striving to offer something fresh and meaningful. Beyond business, my heart is in giving back.
As a student senator at Moreno Valley College, I’m passionate about advocating for students and our community. I’m involved with the *ASMVC* and the *IMAKE Innovation Center*, where I get to explore innovative projects while working on student engagement initiatives.
Being a mother to my daughter is a huge part of my story. I went through rehabilitation to become the best mom I could be, and my parents stepped in when I needed support. Their help, especially during Covid, allowed me to refocus and come back stronger. Everything I do now—I do with my daughter in mind. I want her to be proud of the mother I am and the difference I’m working to make.
